Recently I discovered The Work of Byron Katie.
She has a process that she calls The Work that helps you get to the truth of life situations and find freedom.
The Work involves a series of four questions, plus turn-arounds.
1. Is it true?
2. Can you absolutely know it’s true?
3. How do you react, what happens when you believe that thought?
4. Who would you be without that thought?

The one question that’s been ringing in my mind is “Who would I be without this thought?”
I’m finding it to be a very powerful question to ask in all kinds of situations.
I highly recommend Byron Katie’s book, Loving What Is and her website. You can also find interviews with her by searching her name on YouTube or Spotify etc.
